Pam Patterson moved to Houston in 2000 with husband, Vernon. Married 35 years with four children. Earned a degree in Nursing with a specialty in Neonatal Intensive care Nursing. Worked as a Pediatric and Newborn Nursery Charge nurse and in the NICU. Moved to Creekmont in 2013, and served on the Social Committee. Became Chairman of Social Committee in 2014, and currently serving as President of Creekmont HOA in March of 2015
Sonja is a native Houstonian and has been married to Byron for 18 years. They have one child. Sonja has a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s in Criminology. She is actively involved in several organizations that address societal concerns. Sonja moved to Creekmont in 2012 and served on the Community Watch Committee and enjoyed helping out with National Night Out. She later served as Chair for the Modifications and Deeds Committee. In 2014, Sonja was elected to the Creekmont HOA Board and serves as Vice President.
Linda Brown is married 28 years to Michael whose aviation career resulted in moving from Denver to Houston in June 2014. Twenty-five years as Human Resources Specialist and the past 15 years worked as Human Resources Director at the Denver Rescue Mission, a faith-based organization that serves homeless and impoverished populations. Shortly after moving into Creekmont, served on the Neighborhood Watch Committee, assisted with special events, and appointed as interim Creekmont Secretary/Finance Board member in April 2015. Currently volunteer at Workfaith Connection as a career instructor and active in local Christian church.

On behalf of the Creekmont Homeowners Association Board of Directors, we would like to welcome you to our community if you are a new resident, and to reach out once again to our existing residents. Over the coming years, we look forward to getting to know you better, whether it is walking down the streets, at the pool, at a community activity, or at a quarterly board meeting. It is sincerely the Board’s pleasure to represent the Creekmont Community in all aspects of helping to maintain an attractive, safe and welcoming community.
We are a volunteer Board of Director’s which governs the operation of your Homeowners Association. The Board of Director’s is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association that has specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property. Please take the time to read through the Bylaws and Covenants documents you received during the home purchase process. If you did not receive these documents, copies are available on the community web site.
Our community web site is: http://www.creekmontHOA.org and is the official communication channel between the Board of Directors and the homeowners. Upcoming events and activities, announcements, deed restrictions and bylaws, architectural review forms, and volunteer committee information can all be found in the web site. Please take a few minutes to visit and get familiarized with its resources and get to know your community and neighbors through this forum. The web site provides ready answers to most questions regarding the operations of our Community. If you don’t find the information you need, the Board of Directors can be contacted through the email/phone link on the home page. They should be contacted for service issues on community property, complaints regarding specific bylaw violations, requests for pool passes or workout room card keys, to schedule and arrange for clubhouse rental, and for any questions regarding your annual homeowners’ dues assessment. As a homeowner, you may have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind the HOA has an Architectural Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, irrigation systems, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) to ensure compliance with all Bylaws and Covenants. The purpose of this review is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. All modifications to the exterior of your property, including repainting of the same color, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner risks being cited for a covenant violation and may be required to alter or remove the changes at significant additional cost.
